Calgary Condos For SaleIf you’re looking to buy a condo in Calgary, there’s certainly no time like the present. Thanks to continued price drops and inventory at well over a 6 months’ supply, options and opportunities are plentiful right now, potentially presenting active buyers lots of great deals heading into the fall season. 

According to recently reported figures from the Calgary Real Estate Board, condo sales have plummeted 19% compared to this time last year, reaching the lowest sales level since all the way back in 2003. Furthermore, recently compiled figures are also confirming that the entry level price for a condo residence in Calgary has also dropped 7% to around $274,900—the lowest it’s been in over three years.

Working for CIR REALTY here in Calgary certainly has its perks and it's because of promotions like our “In My Backyard Contest” that truly makes it a rewarding company to be a part of. In case you haven't heard, CIR REALTY will be giving away FOUR $5,000 grants to local community projects and initiatives this fall, and just about any project or community initiative is eligible.
