The Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area, located just southwest of the city of Calgary, offers 4,800 acres of natural beauty. The conservation area serves multiple purposes including the protecting natural habitats for native species, offering educational programs and managing human use of the area. Upon enterint the conservation area, you will be asked to register at the kiosk. Registration is quick and easy. However, since the Ann & Sandy Conservation Area is serves such an important purpose in protecting natural wildlife, there are certain guidelines that must be observed.
