Lower Priced Calgary Real Estate

If you're a first time homebuyer and looking for lower priced Calgary Real Estate you can discover more about home prices right here at Calgary Home Boys. Why are there such extremes in Calgary home prices? A number of factors drive real estate prices in the city and location is certainly one of them. Those homes near downtown in established neighbourhoods have very high sales prices as do some with unique locations near Glenmore Reservoir, Lake Bonavista or some of the newer exclusive neighbourhoods in the city's northwest zone. Lower priced homes are often in neighbourhoods in the city's southeast, northeast, or central southwest, or central northwest areas. Most Calgary neighbourhoods are nice, however there are a few where you may not want to raise your kids. Fonda, Forest Heights, Marlborough, Whitehorn, Penbrooke, Fairview, Ogden Millican, Millrise, Pineridge, Martindale, Marlborough Park, Erinwoods, and Falconridge all have a median home selling price below 300,000. In Calgary, that is a bargain price.
