Montgomery is a charming community located in North West Calgary. Development in Montgomery originally began in 1911, and since then, the community has continued to grow and develop. Perhaps known most for its the modern and contemporary duplex and townhouse residences, North West Calgary’s Montgomery neighbourhood has a lot to offer home buyers, especially those looking for semi attached living spaces with a fresh new look and feel. condos are also fairly prominent around the Montgomery neighborhood, with 1899 45 Street NW perhaps being its most recognizable building.
