Located in North West Calgary, Collingwood is a scenic community that consists of single-family homes and condominiums. There are a variety of homes available within Collingwood, many of which are perfectly sized for active families. Residents of the community enjoy living near a variety of attractions such as parks and the Confederation Park Golf course. 

Living in Collingwood Calgary 

Mainly a residential neighbourhood that is located just south of Nose Hill Park and John Laurie Blvd., Collingwood doesn’t offer home buyers a whole lot of real estate opportunities, mainly because of its smaller size in terms of area. According to Wikipedia, the Collingwood neighbourhood in North West Calgary consists of just 978 dwellings, while just over 2,000 people call this community home. But despite its limitations in inventory, some pretty special homes for sale can still be found around Collingwood, especially those priced over $1 million.

If you’re on a bit tighter of a budget however, multi-million dollar homes for sale in Collingwood actually aren’t that common, with most single family homes in the neighborhood listed between $800,000 and $900,000. In addition, the Confederation Park Golf Course also borders the south side of Collingwood, providing golf enthusiasts an added incentive to call the NW Calgary neighbourhood home.
